Curriculum Overview

   At Turnfurlong Infant School we use the following schemes to support teaching and learning:

  • Phonics teaching: Letters and Sounds Phase 1 and Read Write Inc 
  • Handwriting: Penpals (Year 1 and 2)
  • Maths teaching: Singapore Maths 'Maths no problem' (Year 1 and 2)

Staff genuinely care about students’ wellbeing and progress, and there’s a real effort to create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
