Turnfurlong Infant School is situated approximately one mile from the centre of Aylesbury. We provide education for children between the ages of  2 and 7 and our aim is that all children should be instilled with a love of learning. Our rich and varied curriculum is enhanced by educational visits, 'hands-on' experiences and visiting workshops. 

Our original building dates back to the early 1970's but there have been many adaptations and developments to our site over the years. In 2017 we established our Nursery class and a new purpose built school hall was opened to provide a space for Physical Education, assemblies and a place where children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 can eat their lunch together.  

Our focus on developing outdoor play for children has been recognised and in 2025 we were very proud to be recognised as a Platinum award-winning OPAL school. 

Working in partnership has always been a key feature of our school, and in September 2013 we became a Co-operative Trust School.  We work in partnership with Turnfurlong Junior School and The Grange School as the Aylesbury Learning Partnership.
